Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) has been bolstering not only its model lineup but also aftersales and marketing to reach more customers. As such, the company conducted one of the first day-long executive conference sessions with the theme, "ChanganVerse."
CMPI rolled out the ChanganVerse
Held at the CMPI National Headquarters in Calamba City, Laguna, the conference showcased talks on trends, challenges, and applications of new and upcoming technology in the car industry. It aims to keep the brand's dealership network ready for the ever-changing demands in the market.
CMPI invited the country's gurus and advocates of the digital world including the following:
- Dr. Donald Patrick Lim, DITO CME Chief Operating Officer
- Jaypee Soliman, Unionbank of the Philippines Customer Experience Group Senior Vice President
- Jos Ortega, Havas Media Chairman and CEO
- Jonathan de Luzuriaga, Philippine Software Industry Association President
In addition, Christine Go, Consultant of Development Dimensions International, gave a special lecture on business continuity in the digital age. At the same time, Rico Hizon, CNN Philippines Director for news and senior anchor, hosted the conference.
"Apart from the usual performance reporting, we wanted to make our yearly dealers' conference relevant and real to today's landscape," said CMPI President and CEO Maria Fe Perez-Agudo.
"It is a must for the entire network to be constantly learning and updating themselves because to thrive and succeed in this digital world, we must always put our customers at the front and center of everything we do - connecting with them where, when, and how they want it," added Perez-Agudo.
CMPI also cares for its customers by excelling in the aftersales department. So much so that the company won the "Excellence of Service" award given by the Changan International Corporation (CIC) at the brand's 2023 Overseas Partner Conference held in China.
Changan continues to reach out to more customers
Changan owners get treated by the brand's Vital 5 after-sales program, providing a five-year or 150,000 km warranty, a guaranteed 60-minute preventive maintenance service, and a 24/7 customer care hotline.
