The Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury concept which is originally planned to be launched at the forthcoming Beijing Motor Show is now leaked on the internet. As revealed before, the new car does carry an SUV’s shape but it is not identical to the next-gen GLS. Meanwhile, the front grille is clearly borrowed from the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 concepts. Besides, there are some other similarities including a small split in the lower apron, the triple-element headlamps, C-pillar badges and side scuttles.

Moving to the rear, it is more attractive to discover. The rear gets a boot lid instead of a liftgate usually used on SUVs. The all-new Maybach concept also receives some similar features to the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 hardtop consisting of the dual-window rear windscreen, taillights with 3 square elements and emblems for the model name and the Maybach brand.

Likewise, the steering wheel and touchpad controller don’t get a strange look, though modified to become more brilliant in this concept. The center console itself likely has 2 grab handles with switchgear located between them, while there is an extra space offered in front of the touchpad.
Still, there hasn’t any official information about the Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury concept’s powertrain, but it is predicted to be an electric engine like the previous Vision concepts’.
