The third-generation Kia Picanto 2018 officially entered the Philippine market on the 8th of August, about 6 months after its global debut at 2017 Geneva International Motor Show. The 2018 Kia Picanto exterior is commented to resemble its Rio sibling. All-New 2018 KIA Picanto 1.2L AT GT ☆ Has been launched in the PH
The Picanto 2018 is available with two Kappa gasoline engine options which are made smaller and more advanced than the outgoing model’s for better efficiency and durability.

As for the top-spec GT Line and the mid SL variant, the Korean auto manufacturer offers the 1.2-liter 4-cylinder MPI engine, married to a 4-speed automatic transmission, which is capable of dishing out 84 hp at 6,000 rpm and 122 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The base variant is empowered by a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder MPI engine, mated to a 5-speed manual, producing 67 hp at 5,500 rpm and 96 Nm of torque at 3,570 rpm. Both engines are compliant with Euro 4 emission standards.
