The Korean automaker’s subcompact crossover also comes with subtle updates on its interior while it retains the same 1.5-liter gasoline engine. The 2022 Hyundai Creta is available in Indonesia in four trims: Active, Trend, Style, and Prime. It is the first car to be produced at Hyundai's manufacturing plant in Indonesia.
The most noticeable exterior feature of the 2022 Hyundai Creta is its front end as it has a Tucson-like styling. It adopts the parametric jewel pattern grille seen on the all-new Tucson. The grille gives the Creta a sharp and confident demeanor. It also gives its fascia a modern finish due to the LED headlights as well as the hidden LED daytime running lights. In case you’re wondering, the DRLs of the Creta is integrated into the grille. The Creta Prime variant also comes with a silver and red accent on the exterior.
The Hyundai Creta comes with crisp character lines
Turning at the side, the Creta features prominent character lines that give the vehicle a confident stance. Depending on the trim or variant, the 2022 Hyundai Creta comes with a set of 17-inch alloy wheels. The Prime spec has a two-tone exterior scheme, which gives the subcompact crossover added style points.
It has a sharp styling on the rear
The rear comes with distinctive LED taillights that give the Creta a crisp look when viewed from the back. It also has a bumper that’s accented by a black cladding along with silver trim, giving the vehicle a bit of a rugged appeal.
The Creta has a dark interior theme, and Hyundai Indonesia is offering five different materials for the cabin, which includes the following options: a brown two-tone embroidered Leather, a full black embroidered leather, among others.
It comes with a panoramic sunroof
It can still accommodate up to five individuals with a flexible seat configuration to maximize cargo loading options. The Creta’s interior also has ambient lighting, a slightly revamped dashboard layout, and a panoramic sunroof.
Tech & Safety
Placed right at the center of the dashboard is an 8-inch infotainment system with smartphone connectivity. The Creta also has a Bose audio system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and a Hyundai Bluelink, which is connectivity technology that allows its users to connect with the vehicle through their smartphones.

Hyundai adds that the Creta is equipped with a Valet Parking Mode, a feature that will lock the access to all infotainment system operations when the car is receiving a valet parking service.
Safety-wise, the 2022 Creta is integrated with Hyundai SmartSense tech, which features Forward Collision-avoidance Assist, Lane Following Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Hill-start Assist Control, Blind-spot Collision-avoidance Assist, among others.
