The carmaker knows how important safe mobility is these days.

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has been supporting the Filipino community countless times amid the global health crisis. A philosophy called Kaizen, the Japanese term for continuous improvement, is one of the reasons why the company finds ways to provide safe and reliable mobility in the country.

Last May 2020, TMP, in partnership with SWAT Mobility, rolled out its On-Demand Shuttle Service app which aims to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable shuttle services for companies. This plays an important role for employees considering that the transportation sector in the country is still affected by the pandemic.

To further improve the safety of its shuttle service app, the company launched the myTOYOTA Shuttle PH app to Furukawa Automotive Systems Lipa Philippines, Inc. (FALP), a Japanese manufacturing firm based in Lipa, Batangas with close to 10,000 employees.

Employees can avail of safe and organized shuttle services

The partnership establishes an automated booking process for FALP’s large-scale shuttle operations. This involves around 200 outsourced buses and vans, serving both day shift and night shift employees.

The myTOYOTA Shuttle PH app offers two types of routes, namely the Dynamic and Fix. With the Dynamic route, shuttle arrangements can constantly be changed, making it ideal for those with flexible schedules. On the other hand, the Fixed route is more suitable for those with fixed work schedules by providing pre-defined routes and shared drop-off points.
