Top-spec 2024 Kia Seltos Turbo SX now in the Philippines

The new Kia Seltos first made its Philippine debut last November 2023 but the top-spec trim has yet to arrive in the country during its local launch. Now, AC Motors, the exclusive distributor of Kia vehicles in the Philippines, announced that the top-of-the-line 2024 Seltos Turbo SX has arrived in the country, and it is now available at its dealerships nationwide.

This completes the three variant options of the refreshed 2024 Kia Seltos in the Philippines. As a review, the entry-level Seltos SX is priced at Php 1,198,000 while the mid-spec EX retails at Php 1,288,000. The top-of-the-line Kia Seltos Turbo SX comes with a sticker price of Php 1,688,000.

The 2024 Kia Seltos also comes with a 5-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty as well as 24/7 roadside assistance.

Kia Philippines said that all three Seltos variants are now available. The automaker added that the top-spec Seltos Turbo SX is now available at showrooms for previewing and release.  

Offered with two exterior colors, Pluton Blue and Snow White Pearl with Black Roof, Kia PH believes that the Seltos SX is a “distinctive and practical choice for forward-thinking crossover buyers eager to realize their passions and get the most out of life.”

The new Kia Seltos comes with a bolder look thanks to the more prominent tiger nose grille that is complemented by the crossover’s revised front bumper. The Seltos SX also features updated turn signals LED fog lamps, functional roof rails, satin-finish belt trims, and chrome trims.

Moreover, the top-spec Kia Seltos SX is fitted with connected star-map signature LED taillamps as well as a set of 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels.  

Inside, the Seltos SX comes with a 10.25-inch instrument panel integrated with a 10.25-inch infotainment display, which sports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Kia PH said that the top-spec Seltos also has a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, front seat cooling, electronic parking brakes, ambient lighting, keyless entry, and wireless mobile charging.

In terms of safety features, the 2024 Kia Seltos Turbo SX has six airbags, smart cruise control with stop-and-go function, lane keeping assist, lane following assist, forward collision avoidance assist, high beam assist, and parking distance warning.

A new 1.4-liter four-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine lies under the hood of the Seltos SX, which puts out 138 horsepower and 242 Nm of torque. The engine is then connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission enhanced by selectable driving modes.
