Sonax Philippines has held its first-ever “Sonax Summer Stopover” event. This highlighted the brand’s line of all-new “do-it-yourself” products which includes the Sonax Xtreme PPF Series, the Sonax Xtreme Ceramic Series, as well as the line of Sonax Beast Tire and Wheel Cleaners.

At the aforementioned event, guests made up of members of the automotive media and key opinion leaders (KOLs or influencers) got to witness these products in action. This was performed through demo stations where the said products were applied on demo vehicles to show how easy they are to use.
Sonax Xtreme PPF Series
The Sonax Xtreme PPF Series for starters, focuses on maintaining the attractive sheen and luster of automotive wraps and paint protection films (PPF). This is compatible with all types of wraps including ones with a matte or glossy finish.
Xtreme PPF + Vinyl Cleaner in action
For cleaning a PPF-wrapped vehicle, there’s the Xtreme PPF + Vinyl Cleaner. The cleaner is a special formulation that gently removes dirt such as insect residue or bird droppings. Next up, the Xtreme PPF + Vinyl Polish was applied to eliminate minor scratches and weathering, whilst giving the car’s wrap a water-repellant layer.

If one wants to maintain a wrapped vehicle quickly and effectively without risking scratches or damage, there’s also the Xtreme PPF + Vinyl Detailer. Like the Vinyl Polish product, this can also provide a water-repellent effect whilst making a wrapped car look its best with a clean and attractive shine.
Sonax Xtreme Ceramic Series
Next up is the Sonax Ceramic Series. This consists of three individual products: the Xtreme Ceramic Active Shampoo, the Xtreme Ultra Slick Detailer, and the Xtreme Ceramic Spray Coating.

The Shampoo does what it says on the tin and is effective in cleaning up ceramic-coated rides. The Detailer meanwhile, is effective in addressing slight surface soiling and dust, whilst leaving a smooth mild ceramic coat.
The Spray Coating product, in turn, is designed to protect the surface of a car’s exterior for long periods of time. This can go over existing paint protection layers where it can function as a secondary layer of “armor” to further stave damage or wear from a vehicle’s sealed paint. According to Sonax, the Xtreme Ceramic Spray coating can last up to six months.

Those with vehicles that have exposed plastic bits may also turn towards the Xtreme Ceramic Plastic Sealing. That’s right, this layer-producing mixture functions by wrapping exterior plastic parts with a protective layer to provide a water-repelling effect whilst preventing premature color fading.
Sonax Beast Tire and Wheel Cleaners
Last but not least is the company’s new wheel and tire cleaners. These fall under the “Beast” product line, and it is a versatile mixture that can work on both the tires and the rims of a vehicle. This is great for removing brake disc dust which can be hard to remove if you only use the run-of-the-mill car soap or shampoo.

Of note, all of these new Sonax products are available from online shopping platforms like Shopee and Lazda’s Lazmall. They are likewise sold at Blade Auto Center branches, Unimart, and other car detailing stores.
