MG Philippines becomes the 2019 SEA Games mobility partner
The 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games is only a few days away. From November 30 to December 11, around 8,750 athletes from all over the ASEAN region will be competing in different sporting events to be held at different locations in Luzon like Metro Manila, Subic, Laguna, and Clark.

With their sheer numbers, how will these delegates get around? Will they be taking the bus?
The Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee and Mediapro Asia seem to have a more elegant solution, as they've signed up MG Philippines as the official mobility partner for Games. MG will be providing around 80 vehicles sporting the 2019 SEA Games logo, as they carry athletes to and from the athletic venues.
"As the official mobility partner of the 30th SEA Games, we are grateful to provide meaningful assistance to all local and international athletes and teams by equipping them with safe, comfortable, and stylish rides for the duration of the games," MG Philippines CEO and President Atty. Alberto B. Arcilla said.
He added that it is MG Philippines' privilege to render their services to all competing athletes, as the company is invigorated by the sight of these talented individuals sharing the spirit of competition and camaraderie.
NLEX and SCTEX Plans for 2019 SEA Games
To alleviate the traffic congestion expected with the staging of the SEA Games, the NLEX Corporation has announced that it will temporarily cease construction works, except for road repairs.
Another temporary measure is a truck ban on highways in Bulacan, specifically in Bocaue, Marilao, and Sta. Maria. The ban takes effect beginning November 29 until the closing of the Games.

More NLEX personnel will be deployed in key areas during the 2019 SEA Games
Two toll lanes, one at the Bocaue Toll Plaza (northbound) and the Balintawak Toll Plaza (southbound) will be designated as exclusive toll lanes for SEA Games convoys. A stop and go scheme will also be implemented at EDSA Balintawak Cloverleaf, as well as the NLEX Balintawak Toll Plaza.
Lastly, the NLEX Corporation will deploy an additional 100 personnel along key areas of the NLEX to help in traffic management.
