Mercedes-Benz, Fuso trucks now available in joint PH dealership

Inchcape Philippines, the official distributor of Mercedes-Benz trucks and buses via iCATS Motors Inc., has opened a joint facility in partnership with Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP).

This means that trucks and buses from both Mercedes-Benz and Fuso model lineups can now be bought in one convenient location. The aforementioned facility is massive as it can exhibit and display several large trucks at the same time.

The facility is also equipped to provide aftersales services for both Mercedes-Benz and Fuso commercial vehicles. This is because it features several working bays that can cater to light and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Also available from the facility are special tools that can help keep Mercedes and Fuso trucks in tip-top shape.

Furthermore, the new Inchcape and Sojitz Fuso join facility is located along Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City. According to iCATS Motors, the facility’s position is strategically located for the benefit of commercial vehicle operators. Mindanao Avenue, after all, is a common route used by a variety of trucks and buses traversing from Metro Manila to the provinces.

SFP President and CEO Yosuke Nishi further added that this partnership enables the company to expand its connections and opportunities. This, in turn, will improve their quality of service, particularly its sales and aftersales services.

Besides the opening of the Mercedes-Benz–Fuso Mindanao Ave. joint dealership, Inchcape Philippines also announced the onboarding of Alpine Motors Corporation (AMC) as its latest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealer for Southern Luzon. AMC’s facility is located in Carmona, Cavite, and it spans 1,957 square meters. It is also equipped with two workbays.

The new commercial vehicle dealership is located along Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City.

Of note, both Mercedes-Benz and Fuso trucks fall under the umbrella of the German commercial vehicle company Daimler Truck. The new Mercedes-Benz - Fuso dealership in Mindanao Ave., Quezon City, represents Daimler’s push to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia.
