Honda Cars PH holds 2024 Dealer Conference

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) has held its 2024 Dealer Conference. During the event, the company gave recognition to its dealers particularly those that excelled in sales and after-sales operations.

The company also bestowed awards for top-performing Honda employees as well. So as a whole, HCPI is hoping that this ceremony and the awards they gave out can help motivate and inspire its workforce to keep up their hard work and continue their improvement in serving the brand’s clients. 

Of note, the 2024 Dealer of the Year award was given to Honda Cars Marcos Highway (HCMH). Honda Cars Fairview came in second place, while Honda Cars Alabang clinched third place. Previously, HCMH placed third in 2021 and second in 2022 within this category. 

For the sales achiever, this was handed to HCMH for the Metro Manila category, and Honda Cars Baliuag for the provincial category. 

Honda Cars Manila then came in at first place for the “Best in Sales Satisfaction Performance” within the Metro Manila category, while Honda Cars Angeles-Clark received first place in the provincial category. Honda Cars Cebu in turn, received second place, and Honda Cars Mandaue got third place.

Receiving first place in the “Service Intake Achievers” award for the Metro Manila category is Honda Cars Marcos Highway, while second and third place went to Honda Cars Alabang and Honda Cars Makati respectively. 

For the provincial category of the “Service Intake Achievers” award meanwhile, first place was given to Honda Cars Pangasinan, second place went to Honda Cars Cauayan, while Honda Cars Batangas came in at third place. 

Here are the rest of the awards given at the 2024 HCPI Dealer Conference: 

Special recognition was likewise given to Elijah Dave Villan of Honda Cars Makati. Villan emerged as the Service Advisor Category Champion at the 2023 Honda World Skills Contest where he represented the Asian and Oceanian regions. 

In recognition of its best-performing dealerships, HCPI President Rie Miyake sought to give inspiring insights regarding the brand’s “the power of dreams” tagline. 

“The future mobility Honda dreams of will create a joy and freedom of mobility that enables people to transcend the constraints of time and place and augment their every possibility. Such mobility will become the ‘power’ for people who are trying to advance towards their own dreams,” Said Miyake. 

The power of dreams

“Dreams that will move even more people, until there is an endless expanse of new dreams. Through the creation of (the) mobility we dream of, Honda will become ‘The Power of Dreams’ of more and more people. That is how we will move people and society forward,” added Miyake.
