It has been 33 years since Honda set foot in the Philippines. To celebrate the feat, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is offering cash discounts and flexible payment schemes on its models including the refreshed 2024 Brio.
Honda Brio
Under the anniversary promo, the Honda Brio V comes with a monthly amortization deal of Php 14,145. This deal is made possible in partnership with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), which offers extended loan terms for up to 84 months at a 20 percent down payment. For this particular model, the loan term is 72 months.
The Honda Brio V is the mid-spec variant that’s equipped with halogen headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and a set of 14-inch alloy wheels. It also has a body-colored roof, with the top-spec RS the only variant available with a sportier-looking black finish.
Inside, it has a seven-inch infotainment touchscreen, which now supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Passengers are welcomed with black fabric seats with gray accents as opposed to the red accents available in the flagship variant.
The refreshed Brio is now available with monthly amortization deals
Powering the hatch is a standard 1.2-liter inline-four gasoline engine capable of generating 89 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque. Both the mid-spec and top-spec variants use a continuously variable transmission (CVT), while the entry-level Brio S gets a five-speed manual transmission.
The Honda Brio V is also offered with a monthly amortization of 16,974 under 60 months of loan term and a discount of Php 25,000. Of note, this variant is offered with an SRP (suggested retail price) of Php 827,000.

A special 10 percent all-in downpayment is made available for the BR-V, Brio, and City with 36 to 60 months of installment terms. This can be availed of through BPI, RCBC, China Bank Savings, and Bank of Commerce.

For more cost savings, the BR-V, Brio, and City come with a free two-month monthly amortization scheme under a 20 percent DP and 60-month payment term deal.
HCPI is also offering the Honda HR-V with financing programs including a monthly amortization of Php 25,677 and a Php 91,000 DP. This deal follows the announcement that the supply of the model in the country is now stable.

The anniversary promo is running until the end of this month only. HCPI will also hold the Honda Fest from October 20 to 23 at the Glorietta Activity Center for its anniversary thanksgiving event.

The 2024 Honda Brio is the Japanese automaker's entry into the local hatchback segment. It is considered to be the small hatchback option with a price ranging from Php 735,000 to Php 863,000. The small hatchback is regarded as the entry-level vehicle of the Japanese carmaker. It is available in four variants, including a Black Top option for the top-of-the-line RS variant.
