Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI), the official distributor of Changan vehicles in the country, decided to conduct an endurance test run on the Changan CS35 Plus to showcase its reputable engine, traveling an average of 820 km per day. The endurance test took 122 days to complete, covering 100,000 kilometers on various terrains and under different driving conditions in Luzon.

After completing the 100,000-km endurance test run, the Changan CS35 Plus is still in excellent driving conditions. Within the test, the Changan CS35 Plus received standard periodic maintenance every 10,000 kilometers to keep the subcompact crossover in tip-top condition. CMPI recorded a fuel consumption rating of 14.6 km/L which proves its fuel-efficiency claims.
