The Biyaheng Pamasko Promo

Called the “Biyaheng Pamasko Promo”, it is available every Friday to Sunday from December 10 to January 2. So, succeeding from that date, this promo will then be available on December 17 to 19, 2021, December 24 to 28, 2021, and December 31, 2021 to January 2, 2022.

It then provides Php 3 off per liter for gasoline and Php 2 off per liter for diesel. Specifically, this applies to the Caltex Platinum with Techron and Caltex Silver with Techron gasoline fuels, and the Caltex Diesel Techron D.

Of note, the discount is only applicable for the fuel that’s going inside the customer’s fuel tank. The discounts are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

Furthermore, this promo applies to purchases paid for through cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets only. As such, it is not available for StarCard holders, StarCash, and PO transactions. The promo cannot be combined with other promos that offer discounts at any particular station.

For a complete list of Caltex stations, please click this link. In a nutshell though, it appears that dozens of stations from Luzon, Visayan, and Mindanao will be participating in the promo in question.

Remember that the Philippines has been experiencing a continuous string of fuel price hikes. There are many factors surrounding this, but it is mainly attributed to the recovering demand for fuel products as the global economy is slowly recovering as well.

To put that into perspective, the retail price of unleaded gasoline has broken the Php 70 per liter mark in the past months in many parts of the country. Diesel in turn also reached a retail price of around Php 50.

To this end, Caltex’s Biyaheng Pamasko Promo might be a big help especially for those who rely on their cars for a living, and for motorists in general.
