Nissan unveils Nissan IMx concept at 2017 Toyko Motor Show

The new all-electric crossover is younger brother of the Nissan Leaf.

Nissan IMx concept - a taller crossover inspired by the all-new Nissan Leaf has been revealed at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show. The car features semi-autonomous driving, long-range capabilities and high-performance.

Nissan has revealed the IMx concept at Tokyo Motor Show

For starters, the car features Blue highlights on the roof, front and the sides as well. Based on the Nissan Leaf, but the IMx has a handful of changes in design. It keeps the shape of a crossover coupe with a glossy rear windshield. Noticeably, the latest concept comes fitted with an "Intelligent Mobility" - a more modern feature than the Leaf.

Getting inside, the model is adorned with a full package of state-of-the-art safety features including smart cruise control and automatic emergency braking.

Based on the Nissan Leaf, but the IMx has a handful of changes in design

The IMx concept is powered by two electric engines, one for the front and the other for the rear. According to the latest car news from Nissan, it also has updated batteries which can allow the car to run 600 kilometers until going dead. Meanwhile, the power output is rated at 424 hp.

When it comes to the IMx performance, the car offers complete autonomous driving which allows it to automatically park at your wanted place and return home without a driver.
