Recently, Volkswagen Philippines has kicked the year off by bringing Pinoy wagon fans an all-new variant of the Volkswagen Golf 2018 named the GTS Highline. It can be said that since mid-2017 when the German marque first introduced its estate, apparently our love for this type of vehicle has come back.
In terms of exterior, the new trim comes fitted with bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, heated side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers and a glossy set of 17-inch alloys.

The inside, in the meantime, is more comfortable and upmarket with a leather-wrapped tiller with paddle shifters, power-adjusted front seats featuring lumbar support, a 6.5-inch infotainment system, as well as a premium Fender audio system including 8 speakers and a subwoofer.

Under the bonnet, the Volkswagen Golf GTS Highline is blessed with the familiar 2.0L TDI seen in other variants. This engine can muster 148 hp and a peak torque of 340 Nm.
The new Golf comes with a various color palette, inclusive of:

- Pure White
- Tungsten Silver
- Reflex Silver
- Blue Silk
- Night Blue Metallic
- Tornado Red
On the inside, you can opt for Beige or Titan Black finishes.
