All-new Chevrolet Suburban RST 2019 launched with a powerful V8 engine

The Chevrolet Suburban RST 2019’s V8 engine is capable of doling out up to 420 hp and 624 Nm of torque.

Recently, the all-new Chevrolet Suburban RST 2019 (Rally Sport Truck) has been launched, coming with a powerful V8 engine, better stopping power and improved suspension.

The special edition SUV is claimed to be powered by a 6.2L V8 engine which is capable of doling out 420 hp and 624 Nm of torque. The powertrain is also armed with direct injection, active fuel management and continuously variable valve timing for greater power supply/ torque on the rev band. It works in a conjunction with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.

The V8 is also added with the Performance Dual-Side Exit exhausts as an option built by Borla, which will help enhance exhaust flow to 28%, offering greater fuel mileage and producing more horsepower. The braking system is also excellent, including lightweight 6-piston aluminum calipers placed at the front clung on the 16.1’’ Duralife rotors.

Besides, there is also Magnetic Ride Control dynamically adjusting the damper every millisecond. Thanks to that, the suspension not only provides better cornering capability but also boosts driving quality. An optional Performance Package is also equipped, increasing the ability to control the body for higher levels of comfort and responsiveness.

The Chevrolet Suburban RST 2019 receives a similar exterior design and equipment like the Tahoe RST 2018. Especially, all chrome trim will be removed from the optional Performance Package. Both the door handles and front grille will get the same color as the car’s body while the mirror caps and the grille itself will receive gloss black paint.
