The new Japanese light car is still available in three options: an entry-level Honda Jazz VTi, a mid-spec VTi-S and a top-spec VTi-L. These three variants are all equipped with a 1.5L naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder engine giving 118 hp and 145 Nm of peak torque as the outgoing model. However, a 5-speed manual transmission is only present on the VTi whereas a CVT transmission is exclusive to the VTi-S and VTi-L grades. Particularly, the range-topping model comes standard with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.

In the cockpit, standard equipment carried over from the VTi base car includes a new 7.0-inch central color touchscreen displaying a satellite navigation system (on VTi-S and VTi-L) and a rear-view camera.
Regarding color options, a new Phoenix Orange now joins the color palette together with the existing Crystal Black, Brilliant Sporty Blue, Rally Red, Lunar Silver, Modern Steel, and White Orchid. Meanwhile, Vivid Blue and Attract Yellow seem to have been removed from the color list.
