Petron offers up to P3/liter fuel discount to vaccinated motorists

Petron is one with the country in fostering the use of COVID-19 vaccines to battle the ongoing global health crisis. The oil company rolled out the “Panalo Bakunado 2” promo which offers vaccinated motorists fuel discounts until September 23, 2021.

Petron offers exclusive deals to vaccinated motorists

Under the said promo, it gives an outright discount of Php 3.00/liter for Gasoline and Php 2.00/liter for Diesel. It is available at over 700 Petron stations nationwide exclusively for those vaccinated Petron customers who at least had their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. A vaccination card must be presented to avail of the promo.

Here is the promo mechanics of the “Panalo Bakunado 2” promo as per Petron:

1. For every purchase of any Petron Gasoline and Diesel products (Blaze 100, XCS, Xtra Advance, Petron Turbo Diesel, and Diesel Max), COVID-19 Vaccinated customers will be given an outright discount of Php 3.00/liter for Gasoline and Php 2.00/liter for Diesel fuel.

2. To avail, customers must be vaccinated with at least their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Customers should present a physical or digital vaccination card indicating their first and second dose together with a valid ID prior to the transaction.

3. The promo period is from September 6 to 21, 2021.

4. It is open to PVC and non-Petron Value Cardholders.

5. The promo is valid only at Participating Petron Stations nationwide.

6. It is valid for cash, Petron e-fuel, PVC points redemption, and credit card transactions only.

7. The promo does not apply to PO, bulk, and fleet accounts.

8. The transaction limit per customer is 70 liters.

9. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other Petron promos and discounts.

10. Petron reserves the right to refuse the awarding of discounts to transactions that are invalid and fraudulent, such as but not limited to a system glitch or collusion.

11. Employees of Petron Corporation, its advertising agency, and participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Aside from Petron, there are also two other oil companies that give fuel discounts to vaccinated motorists, namely Shell and Caltex. Shell offers up to Php 3.00/liter fuel discount and Select Deli2go deals until September 12, while Caltex also provides as much as Php 3.00/liter fuel discount which is up for grabs until September 21.
