The company has come a long way inaugurating more stations in Laguna, with the latest addition bringing the total to nine in the province. Laguna is home to Cleanfuel stations in Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Los Baños, Pila, Calauan, San Pablo North and San Pablo South.

Strategically located along the Alaminos-Lipa Access Road, the Alaminos station is only less than two kilometers away from the intersection of the Maharlika Highway. It promises to bring motorists cleaner fuel alternatives via premium-grade fuels while imparting modern convenience.

One of the new station’s convenient features is a stylish and clean air-conditioned restroom facility which is also the norm in other Cleanfuel outlets. Apart from that, the facility is also incorporating sustainability through water conservation and the use of energy-efficient lighting.

Other oil companies have also been integrating sustainable features in their stations. The Shell Mamplasan station has switched to using renewable energy to run the outlet.

Meanwhile, the upcoming Caltex autoPro flagship station will offer electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, benefiting brands with all-electric car entries including Nissan with the Leaf and Hyundai with the Ioniq 5. It will also come with solar panels, energy-efficient LED lights, and a rainwater collection system.

The new Cleanfuel station is said to be a glimpse into the potential of sustainable business practices, “fostering a positive impact on the environment and the communities it serves.”

“We wanted to establish Cleanfuel in the vibrant community of Alaminos. Our presence extends beyond providing cleaner fuel options; it encompasses many economic opportunities and a broader economic upliftment for the town of Alaminos,” said Cleanfuel President and CEO Atty. Jesus “Bong” Suntay as he also underscored how the site was a refreshing place to be surrounded by trees and a six-lane highway.
