The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced that all transactions at the MMDA Redemption Center in Orense, Makati have been moved to the new head office building in Pasig City.
Advisory from MMDA
This means motorists who need to process clearance or settle traffic-related fines must now pay a visit to the new head office situated along Doña Julia Vargas Ave., Barangay Ugong, Pasig City.
Traffic-related fines are now being unified throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) under the Single Ticketing System. It aims to establish standardized penalties for traffic violations committed in Metro Manila.
For instance, the system looks to impose a standardized Php 500 fine for motorists who would violate the Unified Vehicle Volume Reduction Program (Number Coding). Penalties for specific traffic violations under special laws are also being standardized, including the failure to use a child restraint system (CRS), which carries as much as a Php 5,000 fee for the third offense.

Electrified such as the Nissan LEAF and Hyundai Ioniq 6 are exempted from the number coding under the Republic Act 11697, or the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA) Law. To prevent apprehending electrified cars for number coding, the MMDA asked the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to list down the exempted electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid models last May.
As part of the LTO's digitalization campaign, traffic enforcers have started using handheld devices to issue an electronic temporary operator's permit (E-TOP) to violators. In instances where the devices cannot go online, enforces can revert to issuing physical tickets. Moreover, this initiative is said to help reduce corruption among the agency's personnel.
The MMDA said online payment channels such as Landbank.biz portal, e-wallets like GCash and Maya, and Bayad app at centers are still accessible for transactions. It also encourages motorists who will be fined under the Single Ticketing System to settle their violations on the Landbank.biz portal.
