After completing the opening test drive event at the SM Mall of Asia last May, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation brings its ‘Reimagine Your Drive’ tour to Cebu and Davao.
Mitsubishi PH is bringing its test drive caravan to customers in Visayas and Mindanao
The Reimagine Your Drive is a test drive tour that allows Filipinos to try out the capabilities of its models such as the Mirage G4, L300, and Montero Sport. Moreover, the tour is showcasing the recently-launched Mitsubishi Xpander facelift which comes with various updates from the front to the back.
“When we launched the new Xpander a month ago, it doubled as an opportunity for us to reawaken the love of Filipinos for adventure and road trips through this ride-and-drive series,” said MMPC President and CEO Mr. Takeshi Hara.

Design-wise, the Xpander facelift features a revised front fascia highlighted by the new T-shaped LED headlights. It is paired with a new mesh grille with the blacked-out grille slates. The T-shape theme continues to the rear end as the revamped LED tail lamps come with a more angular apron.
Inside, the dashboard now has a more straightened orientation which the automaker describes as the ‘Horizontal Axis’ design. Sitting on top of the dash is a 7-inch infotainment floating-type touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With these features, Cebuanos and Davaoeños can stay connected on the road.
Under the hood, no changes were made for the facelifted version. This means that the MPV is still powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 103 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque. But it does get an improved suspension system, providing a more stable ride with less body roll.
“And as we promised, we wish for those who are outside of the capital of Manila residing in Visayas and Mindanao to experience it for themselves physically and not just through a screen,” added Hara.

The Reimagine Your Drive is happening in Cebu from June 24 to 26 at SM Seaside City. Meanwhile, the test drive tour will arrive in Davao from July 15 to 17 at SM Lanang Premier. Individuals who will submit a pre-registration application on MMPC’s website will receive limited edition Kool Cloud Water Bottles.
