At the upcoming Geneva Motor Show 2020, Mitsubishi Motor will display not only the Engelberg Tourer Concept but also the Mitsubishi ASX 2020 (also called Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and RVR in other markets).
The ASX was launched in 2009 and now, after 10 years on the market, the car will come with a fresh look with the Dynamic Shield Treatment which is also seen in the front fascia of the Strada, Montero Sport and Eclipse Cross.
The Mitsubishi ASX 2020 is built under the concept of “Impact and Impulse” with a tweaked front fascia featuring LED lighting, squared-off bumpers and a deeper hood. Being different from the Mitsubishi Xpander, the ASX’s head lamps are still placed on its traditional position. Meanwhile, the fog lamps and turn signal indicators are pushed to the bumper’s extreme corners.

Inside, the car seems to get no changes but the carmaker did said that the interior will be equipped with a large infotainment screen size, a new smartphone interface and an available app providing owners details like car vital stats and maintenance and inspection intervals.
Under the hood, the Mitsubishi ASX is powered by a 2.0L MIVEC 4-cylinder mill which works in a conjunction with a 6-speed CVT and a 5-speed manual transmission.
For safety features, the ASX 2020 will get great upgrades including the Forward Collision Mitigation braking system.
