As per its name, the 2022 CXC is a global event wherein Hyundai dealerships all over the world compete against each other to see which is the best in embodying “H.E.A.R.T.” Of note, H.E.A.R.T stands for Host, Empathize, Anticipate, Respect, and Thank.
The said qualities are what the brand considers the key behaviors that a competent dealership should display during its day-to-day operations. To this end, participating dealership personnel were tested through various scenarios while being observed by an evaluator from Hyundai Motor Corporation via submitted videos.
The said test had two rounds, and it involved a showroom test drive as well as how the staff responded to customer complaints.
Note that dealer partners operate both of the local Hyundai winners mentioned above. Hyundai Naga is under the Chiongbian Group, while Hyundai Baliwag is under the Laus Group.

Laus Group Chairwoman, Ms. Lisset Laus-Velasco further added that despite the challenging past two years, the Laus Group was able to power through and deliver excellence and professionalism in their day-to-day operations. According to Ms. Laus-Velasco, their win at CXC was the result of hard work.
