Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) caps the first quarter of the year with news of its refreshed Xpander for the 2023 model year. The carmaker has already opened its pre-order books for those who have been anticipating the facelifted MPV since it was first reported overseas.
There are only 1,500 available slots to reserve the 2023 Mitsubishi Xpander
That means you can already place a reservation for your own Mitsubishi Xpander with the nearest authorized dealership, and it’s a pretty straightforward affair. All that’s needed is to visit your preferred Mitsubishi dealer and pay the reservation fee (typically ranging from Php 5,000 and Php 10,000 depending on the branch) at the cashier, where you will be issued a receipt.
Another option that dealerships offer is for interested customers to deposit the reservation fee through online banking or bank transfer. Simply ask for the dealership’s bank account details so you can transfer the reservation fee to the dealer’s account using a mobile banking or payment app. An electronic receipt or acknowledgement message will be issued, and you can contact the dealership to confirm payment.
Be sure to inquire with the branch if they accept card payments for the reservation fee
Check payments are also accepted, including post-dated checks, which will need to be handed over to the dealership office instead of deposited at the bank. Be sure to ask your dealership if they accept credit card payments, as this option is not consistently offered across all branches. Some do not accept credit cards, while others impose additional charges.
Mitsubishi dealerships are also holding a raffle draw for those who pre-order the 2023 Xpander online from March 5 to April 30, 2022. These customers will receive their raffle stubs once they complete the purchase between May 1 and June 30. At stake are 50 mountain bikes and a group travel package to Boracay.
