GAC Alabang opens as first PH dealership to feature brand’s global look

GAC Motor Philippines said last December that it will further increase its presence in the local market by introducing new models and expanding its dealer network. The Chinese car brand, under Astara Philippines, is keeping on track with its plan as it officially inaugurates the GAC Motor Alabang showroom.

GAC Motor Alabang is now open

The grand inauguration was attended by executives from GAC International (China), local distributor Astara PH, and dealer partner AutoIcon. GAC Motor Alabang is the first showroom showcasing the car brand’s global showroom standards. As such, the car brand said that this ensures a consistent and visually appealing experience for all its customers.  

“We at Astara Philippines wholeheartedly congratulate and extend our appreciation to AutoIcon on the opening of GAC MOTOR Alabang. We are driven by our mutual commitment to deliver exceptional vehicles and outstanding customer service to all,” said GAC Motor PH brand head Franz Decloedt.

It can accommodate up to four vehicles for display

GAC Motor Alabang’s showroom can accommodate a display of up to four vehicles. The dealership is also a fully outfitted 3S facility, and may provide full operational support for sales, service, and spare parts for all GAC Motor vehicles. 

When it comes to after-sales services, GAC Motor Alabang has a service area featuring six car bays equipped with diagnostics systems. The car brand added that the said dealership houses a well-stocked warehouse with genuine parts and tools, ensuring swift and efficient service for all GAC Motor vehicle owners.

GAC Motor Philippines also staged an exclusive preview of its upcoming MPV models during the Alabang showroom’s grand inauguration. The M8 and M6 Pro, which will debut early this 2024, were displayed at the event. These upcoming GAC MPV vehicles are among the six new vehicles that the car brand plans to launch this year. 

Aside from introducing new cars, GAC Motor PH also wants to further expand its dealership network to 35 locations by 2024.

Of note, all vehicles sold by GAC Motor PH come with a 5-year warranty, 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance, free Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on the first 5,000 kilometers, among others.
