Ford PH offers free oil filter for owners who missed scheduled PMS

Ford Philippines is committed to helping its customers keep their vehicles in tip-top shape. The Blue Oval brand is offering free oil filter to select Ford customers until May 31, 2022 as part of its commitment to enhance the ownership experience.

The free oil filter can be availed by Ford vehicle owners who missed their periodic maintenance service (PMS), and oil filter replacement in the last 12 months. Ford PH said that qualified owners will receive a text or e-mail message stating that they are eligible to avail of the said freebie within the promo period. Ford vehicle owners can also contact their dealerships to check if they are qualified to avail of the free oil filter.      

Eligible Ford customers then need to book their PMS appointment at any of the Blue Oval’s dealerships on or before May 31 and show the text or e-mail message with the details of the free oil filter promotion.  

“We recognize that many of our customers have delayed their oil change and PMS because of the decrease in vehicle usage due to the pandemic. Now that mobility restrictions have eased up and we are using our vehicles more often than before, we advise our customers to bring their Ford vehicles to our Ford dealerships for service. In the long run, this will give them a sense of security, peace of mind, and confidence that their Ford vehicles are properly cared for,” Ford Customer Service Division director Patrick Manigbas said.

Manigbas added that the said promo is an opportunity for the car brand to encourage Ford customers to have their vehicles serviced. Through this, Ford owners can get access to “Ford-trained technicians who use Ford-approved fluids, filters, and genuine parts.”

Ford EcoSport

Ford PH is also offering an all-in battery package, which is inclusive of parts and labor costs, to customers with a Ford Focus, Ford Fiesta, Ford EcoSport, Ford Ranger or Ford Everest. 

Moreover, Ranger and Everest owners (model year 2015 onwards) can upgrade their car’s cabin filter as Ford PH is offering the Motorcraft micronAir proTect cabin filter. The said product is said to be a premium cabin filter that offers superior filtering functionality. It is claimed to be effective against nearly 100 percent of allergens of 2 microns size or larger, and against small micro-organisms such as bacteria and fungal spores.
