It is reported to be priced at Php 3,398,000.

When Ford Philippines announced that the next-gen F-150 will make its debut using a diesel powertrain, many are thrilled. It seems like Filipino car buyers still prefer a diesel-powered pickup truck instead of gasoline which was used when the model made its comeback in the local market last year.

The wait is bound to be over as Ford Philippines will add the all-new F-150 Lariat to its lineup this month. The diesel-powered all-new F-150 is expected to make its local launch on November 26. Based on our previous report, the full-size pickup truck will be powered by a 3.0-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel engine that sends power to all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic. Aside from that, no further specifications have been disclosed.

Following the US-spec Ford F-150, the said powertrain is capable of generating 250 hp and 597 Nm of torque. As for the exterior and interior bits, the Ford F-150 Lariat will likely come with an LED lighting setup around the truck, 18-inch aluminum wheels, a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12-inch infotainment screen.

A more innovative driving experience

It is still unclear whether the upcoming Ford F-150 will offer other variants that come with a gasoline powertrain and a 4x2 system. If so, some gasoline mills could include the following: 2.7-liter V6 EcoBoost, 3.5-liter Powerboost Full Hybrid V6, 3.5-liter EcoBoost, and a 5.0-liter V8 engine.

In a report by Autoindustriya.com, the Blue Oval company will reportedly offer the all-new PH-spec Ford F-150 for Php 3,398,000. This means that the upcoming model is Php 400,000 more than the outgoing top-spec F-150. Given that it will now be coming on its new 14th-generation version, a price bump like this is expected.
