Isuzu vehicles are especially known to be robust, durable, and reliable especially here in the Philippines where many of our “Jeepney” public transportation vehicles actually use engines and other parts like transmissions and chassis parts from Isuzu.
As such, this extends to the model line of the Izusu Motor Company which in the present day includes the MU-X, the D-Max, and their commercial vehicle lineup. Of course, we also need to acknowledge the versatility and durability of the Isuzu Crosswind which despite being recently discontinued, is still very widely used here in the country for many purposes like a family vehicle to a public utility vehicle.
Founded 141 years ago in 1878, Isuzu didn’t actually build vehicles right away because they actually started out as a petroleum company. In the present day, Isuzu specialized in powerful diesel engines which made their company have a large market presence worldwide. As such, these powerful reliable Isuzu vehicles are numerous in the 2nd-hand market here in the Philippines and despite being a used vehicle, they are still assuredly as reliable and as tough back when they were new.
Used Isuzu vehicles regardless of model year are also much more affordable than brand new. Take for example the Isuzu MU-X LS-A which brand new costs about Php 1.5 million while a used one on our listings only costs Php 1.2 million. That's Php 300,000 worth of savings!
