Maserati GranCabrio 2024

The Maserati GranCabrio is not that fast a car or as high tech as its competitors, but it is considered to be more likeable than the others. It has incredible looks and has the best sounding engine. Maserati GranTurismo 2024

The Maserati GranTurismo together with the GranCabrio is part of a series of grand tourers by the Italian Manufacturer, Maserati. The two versions came after the 2-door V8 grand tourers: the Maserati Coupe and Spyder. The model was at first equipped with a 4.2liter V8 engine which was developed together with the Ferrari. The Maserati M139 of the Quattroporte V is where the GraTturismo derived from. The front and back suspension is a double-wishbone. A typical grand tourer is known for its comfort with speed and driver benefits. The GranTurismo is a record-holder for a car that is developed in just a short span of time in the auto industry. The design and production only took nine months. Since Ferrari took the design of the replaced Maserati Coupe and after some changes, the Ferrari launched the Ferrari California. The GranTurismo produced 28,805 while the convertible had 11,715 units produced. The Zed was the last production of the GranTurismo. It came in shades of blue, black and white. The Guigario Maserati Coupe was replaced with Pininfarina with shorter wheelbase from the Quattroporte chassis and a 4.2Litre V8 engine from the Ferrari. One year after, the GranTurismo S came with a 4.7Litre engine. It captured attention because of its 0-6 mph time of 4.9 seconds with a speed of 183 mph, making it the fastest in the Maserati line. The GranTurismo came as a refreshed and restyled for the coming year of which the Goodwood Festival in 2017 took notice of.

Maserati Levante 2024

The Maserati Levante is a luxury crossover for the Philippine market. As of 2023, it has four variants for available locally. There’s the Levante Diesel 3.0 AT, the Levante S 3.0 AT, the Levante 3.0 AT, and the Levante GT 2.0 Hybrid AT.  

For the Philippine market, the Levante uses three different engines. First off is a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine that’s capable of producing up to 350 horsepower. There’s also another version that can produce 430 horsepower. The Levante also has a 3.0-liter diesel version can that make up to 275 horsepower. The newest variant is a 2.0-liter hybrid that is good for 330 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque.  

All trims of the Levante use an eight-speed automatic gearbox sending power to all four wheels. 

Size-wise, this luxury crossover is 5,003mm long, 1,981mm wide, and 1,679mm in height. It also has a wheelbase length of 3,004mm. 

Locally, the Maserati Levante competes against the likes of the Land Rover Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz GLE Class, Porsche Cayenne, BMW X5, among others.

The Quattroporte is automatically associated with the Maserati line of vehicles. To start with, the front grille is Maserati in itself plus the Trident emblem.
