The latest, sixth-generation Maserati Quattroporte was established in 2013. Its wheelbase came in 3,171 mm (124.8 in). Compared to its predecessors, the Quattroporte is the largest. The Maserati Quattroporte is a 4-door, sedan type of vehicle. With a curb weight of 4,189 lbs and a wheelbase of 1,248 inches. It has a track front of 64.3 inches and a track rear of 64.8 inches. It has a standard heated exterior mirror, a power truck lid, and an exterior day or night electrochromic mirror. Most high-end vehicles have this type of mirror.
Interval wipers are also included as a standard. Power sun and moon roof is also a standard in the Quattroporte. Automatic headlights, daytime running lights, high-intensity discharge headlights, and directional headlights are standard.

The Maserati Quattroporte has standard steering-mounted controls, blind-spot warning, cruise control, tire inflation and pressure monitor, a trip computer, and a guidance display electronic parking aid. An optional parking camera is also available. Standard rain-sensing wipers, rear window defoggers, and drive modes come in as a standard.
For safety features, the Quattroporte has anti-lock brakes that sense when the tire comes to a stop when under forced braking. It controls the pressure to bring the tire into rotation. Airbags are installed for the driver and the passengers. Side, overhead, and knee airbags are also available to secure the torso, head, and knees of the passengers in case of collision. An anti-whiplash keeps the occupant free from injuries during a rear collision.
Carnapping can be thwarted whenever the wrong key is used. It is considered intrusion when a key, aside from the original is used. The vehicle detects it and will not start, keeping the car secured.
The Maserati Quattroporte has a Maserati 156 platform. The M156 platform, an RWD is created by Maserati to use for the Fiat range of vehicles. The M156 was the foundation of the Quattroporte and Ghibli in 2013.
The Quattroporte has a unit body made of a mixture of steel and aluminum chassis. Aluminum is used in the front and back structures, shock towers, front wings, and doors, bonnet, and boot lid. For the suspensions at the front, unequal length wishbones with cast aluminum upright and hub carrier and anti-roll bar; back suspension comes in a 5-link together with 4 aluminum links. An aluminum sub-frame is used to support the engine with two mounting tips at the front. The back sub-frame which is made up of steel contains the differential and handles all of the suspension links. The Quattroporte doors are frameless compared to their predecessors.
The Maserati Quattroporte is based on a Maserati 3.0 Litre double turbocharged V6 or a mighty 3.7 Litre double turbo engine. It comes with a limited-slip differential with normal, off-road, sport, and ICE or Increased Control and Efficiency. It works on Skyhook performance suspension and with electronic damping control. It has a Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive on the Quattroporte S Q4. And ultimately, the Ferrari exhaust note.
The Quattroporte runs powerfully on an RWD or Rear Wheel Drive. RWD means that the engine sends power to the rear wheels in order for it to move forward. What is good about RWDs is that the weight is spread evenly, creating balance in the vehicle.
