We say this about the Carry LV as it is kitted out with a rollable ladder rack on its roof, as well as a secured wooden toolbox. Even its glass windows are reinforced with wire mesh to prevent the likelihood of thieves getting to the expensive equipment and materials linemen have to lug around during their duties.

The Carry LV is also based on the Carry Utility van. That said, it also gets plenty of interior space that is secured from the elements. Its front cabin likewise gets air-conditioning, a generous amount of legroom, and lots of storage, among other amenities.

Occupants are also entertained with a 1DIN audio headunit that has an AM and FM radio capacity. It can play MP3 audio files as well. Also present on this Carry variant is a steering lock, and an engine immobilizer.

Just like the other configurations of the Suzuki Carry, the all-new Carry LV also uses a 1.5-liter inline-4 gasoline engine that’s rated to make up to 95 horsepower and 135 Nm of torque. It also uses a five-speed manual gearbox, sending power to its rear wheels.

This latest version of the Carry then gets the same robust MacPherson strut suspension for the front, and leaf-type spring suspension for its rear. Traveling over rough roads is also made tolerable thanks to its 160mm of ground clearance.

If you’re interested in the Suzuki Carry LV, then you’ll also be glad to know that it comes with a free 45,000 kilometer or three-year (whichever comes first) preventive maintenance package. This is available at all 72 Suzuki Philippines dealerships nationwide.

The Suzuki Carry LV then starts with a price tag of Php 798,000. With that said, it is capable of providing great value without breaking the bank.
