It can be easy to see that focused updates come to the front while other changes also come in other exterior parts. Speaking of the front, it is the revised bumper that has C-shaped chrome units, new headlights with LED DRLs, reshaped fog light housing, inverted lower grille, and wide radiator grille that bring out the changes. The side comes with new allow wheels. When it comes to the rear, it seems the facelift versions of the Suzuki Ciaz 2018 will be equipped with LED for the tweaked tail lamps.

Stepping inside, chances are new faux wood trim is applied as what we can see from the photos. A refreshed instrument cluster now gets a lower-position MID. Also, the cruise control system is anticipated to be a good point to gain users’ interest since it’s not available in the current model.

Power is hoped to get a boost thanks to a transition from the K14B 1.4L petrol powertrain to the K15B 1.5L engine that the All now Suzuki Ertiga is using. So, with an advancement in the powertrain, the Ciaz will be good for more impressed power figures with 138 Nm of torque and 104.7 PS compared to 130 Nm and 92 PS in the previous model. What’s more, the facelift version will introduce the SHVS mid-hyrid system to the petrol powertrain model. In addition, next year the 1.5L diesel engine developed by Suzuki will replace the existing Fiat-sourced 1.3L diesel unit.

The new Suzuki Ciaz 2018 is set to be launched in India by this July. When it comes out, it should be a fear for the Skoda Rapid, Volkswagen Vento, Toyota Yaris, Hyundai Verna, and Honda City to hold their market shares.
