To ensure the convenience and safe driving of commuters during Undas holiday, Skyway and NAIA Expressway (NAIAX) Operator - Skyway O&M Corporation (SOMCO) will implement “Oplan Ligtas Biyahe: Undas 2017” from October 28 to November 02.
During this scheme, traffic volume on motorways will greatly be boosted, so SOMCO will concentrate more on traffic as well as security operations.

In addition, the Highway Patrol Group and the Metro Manila Development Authority will also join hands in this program. Accordingly, more traffic personnel will be posted at the southbound lane of NAIAX and the Skyway System, notably at expected bottlenecks. Besides, personnel will be always ready at all toll ways’ northbound direction. Not only that, Ligtas Biyahe motorist assistance stations will be set up at Sucat southbound and C5 areas during the Undas.
According to latest traffic updates, the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Operator - Star Tollway Corporation (STC) and Manila Toll Expressway System, Inc. (MATES) also expect heavy traffic at many toll plazas, namely:
