Through the app, you can avail of its 24/7 roadside assistance services, which can be a lifesaver when the unforeseen rears its ugly head.  

Motolite RES-Q’s primary services include the Battery Replacement, Battery Jumpstart, Tire Assistance, Emergency Refueling, and Overheating Assistance. If fully registered on the RES-Q app, critical information regarding your vehicle can be immediately sent to MOTOLTE’s RES-Q Command Center, including your name, your location, your vehicle and battery information, along with your request for aid. While waiting for our rider technicians to arrive, the app features a real-time locating system that tracks the rider-technician’s location.

Motolite’s RES-Q services are free, except for batteries and fuel, for all Motolite customers. This means you can enjoy free battery delivery & installation, battery jumpstarts, tire assistance and more as a Motolite RES-Q app user.

Another key features of the Motolite RES-Q app is E-Warranty registration which allows for faster and more convenient processing of warranty claims anywhere in the Philippines. After downloading the app, simply register your new battery’s details by scanning the QR code or by manually typing its serial code along with the information about you and your vehicle.

To further improve its service, Motolite has recently launched an updated version of its roadside assistance app, dubbed RES-Q 2.0. It offers additional assistance on top of its primary services.  

RES-Q 2.0 now offers locations of various automotive shops that specialize in the following: tire and aircon services, repair and maintenance, automotive body and detailing, as well as parts and accessories. Through this, knowing the nearest automotive shop that can address your concerns can be located easier and faster.

RES-Q 2.0 also keeps its users informed by providing news and updates related to Motolite and other automotive concerns.
