Powering the premium subcompact crossover is a 1.3-liter M282 4-cylinder gasoline engine capable of producing 163 hp and 250 Nm of torque. The small engine displacement is said to provide better fuel economy which is ideal for a vehicle used for road trips. It is coupled to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
