In early 2021, Legado Motors, Inc., the official distributor of GAC vehicles in the country, introduced the GN6 to offer Filipino car buyers an MPV that offers space, versatility, and practicality. It is designed with undeniably outstanding exterior and interior details that could attract those who are in the market for a 7-seater vehicle.

Since there are a wide array of options for an MPV in the market right now, GAC Motor believes that the GN6 is one of the best options car buyers should opt for. The brand has shared six reasons why you should consider getting its latest 7-seater addition to the local lineup.

Reason #1: 7-seating configuration

Cabin comfort is enhanced in the GAC GN6

Filipinos love vehicles that can comfortably seat the whole family as we tend to go out of town together or visit relatives on weekends. The GAC GN6 is equipped to cater to that need thanks to its 7-seating configuration upholstered in leather. Moreover, the second-row seats have captain seats to improve comfort and convenience.

Reason #2: Generous space

The MPV has room for all your luggage

The GAC GN6 comes with a measurement that spans 4,780 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,730 mm in height, making it relatively larger than most of its competitors. This translates to a more spacious interior which is essential especially for long drives. 324-liter cargo space is offered and can be expanded to 1,100 liters by folding down the third-row seats.

Reason #3: Innovative technologies

An advanced-looking dash

GAC Motor wants to provide an innovative driving experience for GN6 owners by designing the cockpit to look advanced and intelligent. As such, the MPV’s 7-inch digital instrument cluster gauge and 8-inch infotainment screen are integrated into one housing, creating a distinct dashboard layout design. Complementing the infotainment system is the integration of Bluetooth connectivity and a 6-speaker system.

Reason #4: Efficient and powerful engine

Under the hood, the GAC GN6 is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-4 gasoline engine with a DCT capable of generating 170 hp and 265 Nm of torque. GAC Motor said that the engine used in the MPV was produced by Aisin Seiki, the largest producer of automatic transmission engines in the world. Moreover, the engine is paired with a Bosch 200bar in-cylinder fuel injection technology for optimizing fuel efficiency.

Reason #5: Comfortable and safe ride

An ideal choice as a family vehicle

To improve the cabin comfort, GAC Motor equipped its MPV with Bosch’s latest ESP 9.3 for smoother cornering and an L-type McPherson front suspension to reduce on-road vibrations. As for safety, the GAC GN6 is installed with front dual airbags, front side airbags, a rearview camera, parking sensors, electronic stability program (ESP), an anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), hill-ascend and descend controls, traction control system (TCS), and more.

Reason #6: Affordable pricing
