Chevron Philippines, Inc. (CPI), the marketer of Caltex products locally, announced a new partnership with Goodyear Philippines, Inc.

The partnership aims to provide customers with a convenient car ownership experience by lightening the costs of fuel and tires. Both brands are experts in their fields as they have been around since the 19^th century. That said, customers should be up for a treat with the new collaboration.

“We know that fuel and tires are costly for a vehicle owner, and we want to provide our customers with more access to their fleet needs by easing up on costs. Through this partnership, we further advance Goodyear’s mission of ensuring that our clients always have a good driving experience,” said Goodyear Philippines, Inc. Market Lead Mary Mel Balazo.

The partnership can take care of customers' cars

One of the campaigns of the partnership is offering promos and discounts. Caltex StarCard holders can enjoy a minimum of a five percent discount when they purchase any of Goodyear’s consumer tires included in the program. To avail of the said discount, all the customer has to do is show their StarCard.

For the uninitiated, the Caltex StarCard is a fully adaptable card payment service for fleet management. Aside from the fleet management feature, the card also offers discounts and promos on Caltex lubricant products at all of the fuel company’s stations across the country.
