Education plays an important role in one’s life. It shapes the individual’s morals, manners, and other skills that will be useful in life. Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (AA) understands the importance of education, which is why it has partnered with Teach for the Philippines (TFP) to enrich education for the youth.
Bosch AA teams up with Teach for the Philippines for the #CareForEducation campaign
Through the #CareForEducation campaign, Bosch AA and TFP intend to support the development of education skills necessary for children in the Philippines. It will tackle basic literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills. The campaign also aims to serve as a channel to overcome the challenges of providing education to children within poverty communities and the less fortunate in the Philippines.
The partnership features two programs: Function Literacy Program (FLP), and Batang Bayani Program (BBP). Bosch AA said that the two programs are dedicated to 700 students, and 500 parents of the students.
The FLP is said to provide an “early-grade intervention” program for reading, and math, which Bosch AA finds as critical subject areas for academic success in the country. The BBP, on the other hand, is driven to encourage children to practice positive behavior toward learning at home.

“We believe that children are the next generation of leaders. Bosch AA supports this by providing quality education through this campaign. We believe that learning never stops and we look forward to working alongside Teach For The Philippines to equip children with the right knowledge and positive behavior towards learning and development,” said Bosch AA ASEAN vice president Marcio Coelho.
TFP co-founder and CEO Clarissa Isabelle Delgado said the organization is determined to its mission of ensuring that all Filipino children benefit from an inclusive, relevant, and excellent education.

“As an organization, Teach For The Philippines works with progressive champions like Bosch AA to ensure that all Filipino children benefit from an inclusive, relevant and excellent education. Literacy and life skills, in particular, are critical to develop at an early age. Investments in these skills will help pave the way for our children to succeed in the 21st century,” Delgado shared.
The #CareForEducation campaign is part of Bosch’s Care For Life initiative, contributing to the vulnerable children’s communities in ASEAN. It is supported by Bosch Primavera, a charitable organization founded by Bosch associates, helping children from all over the world since 1990.
