The Mitsubishi Montero Sport exudes a futuristic feel by following the Dynamic Shield design language. The front is sharp and edgy with two short chrome strips on the top grille and sleek headlamps. The wheelbase looks shorter because the rear overhangs are longer. Interior:
The dashboard of the Mitsubishi Montero Sport is straightforward and simple. Leather seats with motorized adjustments are available but on top-spec variants only. The seats are configurable so the cargo space is versatile and expandable. The driver’s seat of the Montero Sport comes equipped with a supportive backrest. The second-row seats can be moved forward and are adjustable.
Safety:
Features for safety on the Toyota Montero Sport include ISOFIX child seat tethers, ABS with EBD, side-impact beams, speed-sensing door locks, Brake Override, and dual front airbags. The GT and GLS variants also have extra 4 airbags, hill start and brake assists, stability and traction control, hill descent control, and trailer stability control.
Back in 2016, the model was awarded 4 stars for child occupancy protection and 5 stars for adult occupancy protection by ASEAN NCAP.
Technology Features:
The technology features on the GT variant are two 8-inch LCDs and an infotainment system, a power tailgate, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Both the GLS and GT variants have Tomtom navigation, cruise control, and reverse sensors.
