- Buyer’s name (last name, first name, middle name)
- Contact numbers (mobile and landline)
- Preferred mode of payment (cash or financing via RCBC Auto Loan)
- Residential address
- Confirmation that you have inspected the unit and verified its condition
with the LTO/TMG
