The Mirage G4 Philippines can be seen as a sales success as it offers a better spatial experience compared to smaller cars for the same price range.
This car is capable of high MPG performance with an advanced MIVEC engine, lightweight construction, and fuel-efficient CVT. The target customer is a driver in developing countries, so it is difficult to require a high level of refinement in this vehicle.
With the outstanding advantages of fuel economy, reasonable price, the car is considered to be the best in the micro-segment. However, the big drawback of the car is its lack of refinement and a little bit small.
For customers who focus on looks, the Mirage G4 GLS is a better choice. Although the exterior design is almost the same in the two trim sets, there are still some small differences.
First, the GLX is equipped with a front grille with basic black plastic trim. This makes it impossible to add the fog lights around the chrome, which are only available in the higher version.
In addition, the LED turn signal lights are located on the electrically adjustable rearview mirror on the GLS while on the GLX the light is mounted on the fenders.
The final difference is that GLX has wheels with Bridgestone Ecopia 14 "radial axes, and GLS wheels come with 15" Bridgestone Potenza rubber with silver aluminum alloy.

The interior theme of the Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is quite simple with piano black decorative details on the center console, gear lever, door cladding, and steering wheel.
However, it is only possible that the top GLS version is equipped with a start button and an automatic climate control system. Meanwhile, the best-level manual air-conditioning is found in the low-end GLX.
In terms of the entertainment system, if you are the person who values enjoying in-car audio, the GLS will be the right choice. Both versions are equipped with a 2-DIN infotainment system, integrated Touch Screen Monitor with AM, FM, CD, MP3, USB, AUX, iPod, DVD, Bluetooth.
However, there are only four speakers on the GLX series while the GLS series is equipped with six. In addition, GLS also gets Steering Wheel Controls as well as Keyless Entry with Keyless Operation System and Push Button Start/Stop.

As for the engine, surprisingly, the GLX excels. Both models of the Mitsubishi Mirage G4 2018 have the same number of torques of 100 Nm at 4,000 rpm and the 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine, but each version has a different output. In fact, at 6,000 rpm, the GLX's output is 78 hp, while the GLS produces only 76 horsepower.
For safety, standard safety features like driver and front passenger airbags, fixed gear, and ABS are all fully contested on both the Mirage G4 GLX and GLS. However, Electronic Brake Force Distribution is specially fitted to the Mirage G4 GLS to differentiate the upgraded version.
