Kicks e-Power owners may check if their unit is affected by the said AC cooling issue recall through Nissan Philippines’ official website. Kicks e-Power owners may also find the list of authorized Nissan dealerships through this link. Owners may also contact Nissan PH’s customer support hotline at (+632) 8403-6593 and (+63927) 600-9557.

Nissan PH has voiced out once again that it is apologizing for any inconvenience the issue may have caused. The car brand added that it is committed to keeping its customers as a top priority and at the center of everything they do.
