Nissan Philippines said that owners with confirmed service appointments will be prioritized for parts allocation. Previously, the car brand shared that the needed components for the service repair are partially ready. The parts needed are ordered from Japan with a reported waiting time of two to three months.

The inspection and repair for the Kicks e-Power’s AC cooling issue is said to take only around two hours to complete. Nissan added that it will also contact affected Kicks owners to inform them about the recall details.

Kicks e-Power owners may check if their unit is affected by the said AC cooling issue recall through Nissan Philippines’ official website. Nissan PH has voiced out once again that it is apologizing for any inconvenience the issue may have caused. The car brand added that it is committed to keeping its customers as a top priority and at the center of everything they do.
