Aside from the new model launches, HMPH has also released its new customer care hotlines. Hyundai owners and potential clients can now reach the car brand via phone or email, which is good news considering that the Korean car brand has sort of been in the dark for the past months.

Individuals who want to get in touch with HMPH may contact the brand at +63 2 8866 7000. Customers can also send them an email at customercare@hyundaimotor.ph. In case you’re wondering, HMPH’s corporate address is 17F The Finance Center, 26th corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

HMPH’s official website has yet to show its revamped model lineup. But, our previous report states that HMPH will offer several new models such as the all-new Staria, the next-generation Tucson, and the Creta subcompact crossover.

The Staria replaces the Grand Starex as Hyundai’s challenger in the van category, and it could be launched sometime next month. The Hyundai Staria has also been bagging accolades on the global scene including the 2022 Best of the Best title given by the Red Dot Awards. It has also scored a five-star Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP) safety rating

HMPH also wants to expand or revitalize its network in the Philippines by inviting new authorized Hyundai dealers. The car brand is also looking for “enthusiastic, energetic, flexible team players” that will contribute to HMPH’s growth in the local market.

To support its presence and growth, HMPH said that it is committed to providing the best service in terms of sales and after sales. HMPH president Dong Wook Lee aims to “increase market awareness on the Hyundai vision and mission locally.”

“Hyundai’s Vision is Progress or Humanity. We believe progress only becomes meaningful when it is connected with a deep sense of humanity. Humanity unites us, makes us stronger. It guides us in our investments and drives our innovations,” Lee said.

“Our brand direction and manifesto for The Philippines is "Innovate Everyday” where we share your passion to improve, to keep moving ahead and we believe better days should be always ahead of us," Lee added.
