1996 BMW Z3 Roadster For sale

Selling my z3 roadster for firm price of 250,000 pnp runs fine but not in mint condition. Here are known issues ....
Has a seperate cooling fan switch to ensure engine fan is on , just flip switch
Has a remote wire to turn on fuel pump to prevent theft
Needs new back window as this one is leaking and not clear but easy to replace
Needs new seat covers as these have some tears but not too bad
Needs new hoses for aircon
Thats it but its a 1996 model so it does have scratches and shouid be repainted at some point but a great project car. I
Dont joke around with my time by sending me “last price” bs questions if you dont have the money on hand then stay away
