Buyer assumes responsibility to see through & take-over the final stage of its finishing work as the above posted unit was handed over to a half-assed "painter" who knew nothing but come up with excuses constantly pointing out to an "unfavorable weather happening for the past 8 months" while on his shop despite having personally kept my tabs (& even slightly advanced) on all his "progress" billings after all.
