Exterior
The Suzuki-made MPV measures 4,395mm in length, 1,735mm in width, and 1,690mm in height. The Ertiga also has a ground clearance of 180mm. There are many innovations for the second generation Suzuki Ertiga Philippines compared to the previous version. Its front fascia and rear-end are made to become more modern, with the roofline looking more contemporary.
Suzuki Ertiga colors are also various, from Burgundy Red Pearl, Metallic Magma Gray to Radiant Red Pearl, Cool Black Metallic, Snow White Pearl, and Silky Silver Metallic. When it comes to exterior equipment, all variants are equipped with standard components: halogen turn signals, LED tail lamps, and halogen headlamps. About wheels, Suzuki equipped 15-inch wheels on this MPV (steel wheels for GA and GL variants and alloy wheels for GLX variants).
Interior
Towards the end of 2019, Suzuki Philippines phased out the Ertiga with a beige cabin and replaced the whole lineup with black edition variants. Customers are pleased by the door cards and dashboard surfaces made of plastics and faux wood that give a premium touch to the interior in both models. Having said that, this MVP only comes with cloth seats.
Safety
Safety features on this MPV are well-equipped from an anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution to SRS airbags, ISOFIX tethers and so on.
Also available on GL and GLX models are parking sensors, security alarms, and an engine immobilizer. The Ertiga Philippines also comes with a brand-new HEARTECT chassis for safety and a smooth, comfortable ride.
Technology Features
Regarding the Ertiga GLX variant, there is a system of 10-inch touchscreen infotainment that can gain connection via Android Auto, Apple Carplay, AUX, Bluetooth, and USB.
In comparison, an 8-inch touchscreen is available for the GL variant but can’t connect to a smartphone, except for Bluetooth.
For the GA variant, there is a One-DIN audio system that offers a connection via Bluetooth, USB, and aux-in. The standard speaking system on all Ertiga trims is 4-piece.
