The all-new MINI Cooper 5-Door is a refreshed compact car from the legendary lineup of MINI. Its revamped and lengthened body is made even more premium thanks to contemporary details beneficial to the needs of modern-day driving. Inside, it is fitted with luxurious features that cater to the convenience and safety of its passengers. Powering its core is a reliable and tested engine that can withstand challenging roads in rural and urban areas. Two variants are available in the Philippines today: the MINI Cooper 5-Door Hatch AT and the MINI Cooper S 5-Door Hatch AT. It comes in Solaris Orange Metallic, British Racing Green, Midnight Black Metallic, Blazing Red, Electric Blue, Moonwalk Grey, Lapis Luxury Blue, White Silver, Pepper White, Moon Walk Green and Deep Blue Mica.

Mini Cooper 5-Door Launch

The MINI Cooper, also known worldwide as the MINI One or MINI Hatch was initially launched in late 2000. It includes a 3-door, a 5-door, and a convertible variant assembled in the Netherlands. Its second generation was unveiled in 2006 and fitted with the fuel-efficient and cost-effective Prince engine. The third generation was introduced in 2013 revamped with a longer length, width, and height. 

After debuting at the North American Auto Show held in Detroit, Michigan, MINI Philippines presented the current generation locally in 2018.

Mini Cooper 5-Door Exterior

The invigorated MINI Cooper 5-Door measures 3,982mm long, 1,727mm wide, and 1,425mm tall with an extended 2,501mm wheelbase making it look sleek and effortlessly sophisticated. Its front flaunts a pair of the brand’s distinctive LED headlights with daytime running lights and LED indicators. The standard model is paired with their famous three-blade grille.  The S Cooper variant is fitted with a honeycomb grille with a red S emblem and a wide air inlet below. 

At the back, its elegant sloping rear is designed with a pair of gorgeous tail lights.

Supporting this iconic automobile is a set of 15-inch spoke alloy wheels offered in a range of exciting designs that you can personally choose.

Mini Cooper 5-Door Interior

As part of their impeccable service, MINI Philippines lets you customize the interior. For the cabin’s upholstery, you may choose from Carbon Black, Malt Brown, Satellite Grey, and Glowing Red. As for the door ellipses and trims, they offer Piano Black, Dark Silver, Black Chequered, and Hazy Grey that can be matched with illuminated or fiber alloy. 
To match the mood inside, this vehicle is equipped with ambient lighting that lets you adjust the color of the cabin providing a relaxing and memorable experience. 

Drivers will enjoy the strategically positioned steering wheel and its generous dashboard that can be fitted with the helpful MINI Head-Up display that shows navigation instructions, driving speed, and other important data.

Technology & Safety Features

For infotainment, it is built with the 16.2cm/6.5-inch MINI Standard Radio complete with audio streaming, and a USB audio interface that can be connected through Bluetooth.

Safety is assured as it comes with six airbags, dynamic traction and stability control, a City Collision Mitigation System, a built-in camera, a Forward Collision Warning System, an Active Pedestrian Protection System, and a video adaptive cruise control.

Platform & Chassis

This legendary vehicle is classified under the Supermini category and is built using the BMW UKL1 Platform designed and engineered for front and four-wheel drive cars.

Engine & Drivetrain

It is offered in two engine choices: a 1.5-liter three-cylinder 12-valve turbo engine that generates 136hp and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder 16-valve turbo engine that produces 192hp.

Both are paired with a seven-speed Steptronic DCT.
