The MINI Cooper, also known worldwide as the MINI One or MINI Hatch was initially launched in late 2000. It includes a 3-door, a 5-door, and a convertible variant assembled in the Netherlands. Its second-generation was unveiled in 2006 fitted with the fuel-efficient and cost-effective Prince engine. The third generation was introduced in 2013 revamped with a longer length, width, and height.
After debuting at the North American Auto Show held in Detroit, Michigan, MINI Philippines presented the current generation locally in 2018.d
The invigorated MINI Cooper 5-Door measures 3,982mm long, 1,727mm wide and 1,425mm tall with an extended 2,501mm wheelbase making it look sleek and effortlessly sophisticated. Its front flaunts a pair of the brand’s distinctive LED headlights with daytime running lights and LED indicators. The standard model is paired with their famous three-blade grille. The S Cooper variant is fitted with a honeycomb grille with a red S emblem and a wide air inlet below.
