The MG Marvel R was launched in the Philippine market in October 2023 with its sole variant being the Alpha, which as of its introduction to the local market, retailed at Php 2,588,888.
On the outside, the Marvel R gets a stylish look thanks to its sloped roofline and sculpted character lines. Enhancing its look are a pair of sharp-looking LED daytime running lamps, and chrome trim pieces.
The main illumination for this model is provided by an angular LED headlamp cluster and an LED taillight bar. It likewise gets a roof-mounted spoiler and a pair of roof rails. Completing its look is a set of 19-inch alloy wheels.
