The Lexus GS 450h and the Lexus GS 350 F share the same dimension of 4,880mm long, 1,840mm wide, and 1,455mm tall. The Lexus is slightly bulkier with a length of 4,915mm, a width of 1,845mm, and 1,440mm tall.

Standard on the front of all Lexus GS variants are the company’s signature spindle grille with chrome highlights, high beam LED adaptive headlights, LED daytime running lights, and LED fog lamps.
