Deed of sale and other documents are ready.
Oil change and new oil filter last week.
New tires last year.
Good AC. New AC components. The old compressor and condenser are still good and will be included with van.
New tire rods and other front end parts.
New rear bearings and brakes.
Transmission flush done last year.
The van runs. We go to the store with it just fine.
